Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Center of Excellence (CoE) and train Agent Champions.
• Monitor telemetry to identify friction points and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with Salesforce roles and partners to ensure a unified experience.
• Manage roadmap for licenses and consumption credits to maximize value.
• Define, track, and report on business impact and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to deploy additional AI agents to create value.
