Job summary

Tray.ai is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to be the technical strategist and trusted adviser in every deal. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to run the technical sale end-to-end, discovery, solution design, demos, POCs, and the technical close, across our orchestration and AI platform, on our largest and most complex opportunities.

This remote-first role prioritizes candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who can support West Coast clients, own the technical thread, and help

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• 4+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture selling into enterprise IT.
• Track record of owning multi-stakeholder, six- to seven-figure deals.
• Experience with SaaS, iPaaS, integration, automation, or AI platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sale from discovery through close.
• Design and deliver tailored demos and POCs with clear success criteria.
• Architect solutions on Tray's platform to solve real business problems.
• Lead multi-thread across IT, security, architecture and business stakeholders.
• Build reusable assets and mentor others in the SE org.
