Job summary

EY seeks an senior leader for the AI Platform Engineering group to drive the infrastructure and cloud-native platform for EY’s AI runtime. The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, delivering scalable, secure, and portable substrate across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped environments.

The candidate will guide a team of AI Infrastructure and AI Systems Engineers, shape the delivery roadmap, and ensure reliability and portability for client-facing projects in regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure or large-scale Kubernetes environments.
• 3+ years leading or directing engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
• Experience owning platform roadmaps end to end, with phased delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Design, implement, and debug high-risk platform components.
• Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap and entry/exit gates.
• Stand up and operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped targets.
• Own secure execution, inference, and routing workloads and model serving.
