• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
• 7+ years building and operating production software.
• 2+ years delivering production AI, LLM, or ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI platform and semantic routing layer.
• Mentor engineers across the CoE.
• Collaborate on AI governance, monitoring, and security patterns.
• Deliver production AI services for document intelligence, claims adjudication, and fraud detection.
• Partner with security, risk, and data governance teams.
