Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Software Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI Platform to lead a cross-functional team delivering production-grade AI-enabled software. You will grow engineering talent, build a high-performance culture, and ensure quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.

The role blends leadership with hands-on coding when needed, staying close to architecture, tooling, and timelines. You will partner with product, architecture, AI, business, and technology leaders to drive delivery

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2+ years in technical leadership or management.
Experience coaching engineers and mentoring teams.
Ability to stay technically engaged with codebase.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices.
Experience with production systems troubleshooting.
Experience participating in hiring and team growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
