Job summary

Inspira Financial seeks an AI CoE Principal Software Engineer to lead the enterprise AI foundation and own architecture standards across the organization. This senior IC will drive a multi-year capability roadmap from discovery through production, partnering with security, risk, and data governance to ensure compliant AI delivery.

The role includes designing and building the shared AI platform, optimizing semantic routing, and delivering production AI services for multiple business functions

Qualifications

Architect, build, and operate the shared enterprise AI platform.
Lead hands-on training sessions and mentor senior engineers.
Partner with security, risk, compliance, and data governance teams to support safe AI delivery.
Design and maintain intelligent routing and governance guardrails for AI systems.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and operate the shared enterprise AI platform, including semantic data, model hosting, and governance layers.
Design and maintain semantic routing to direct requests to the best-fit LLM or tool.
Collaborate with AI-Ops for monitoring, evaluation, and drift detection across live systems.
Develop reusable reference architectures for engineering teams to leverage AI foundations.
