Job summary

Inspira Financial Trust, LLC is seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer to build and operate the enterprise AI platform, including the semantic router, model hosting, and governance harnesses. You will drive scalable, secure AI integration across the business and mentor engineers within the CoE.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of AI Center of Excellence in the Technology Department, you will collaborate with security, risk, and data governance teams to deliver compliant AI solutions for a regulated

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• 7+ years building production software; 2+ years with AI/ML systems.
• Experience in regulated industries and security-minded engineering.
• Strong understanding of architecture and standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate enterprise AI platform and semantic routing layer.
• Collaborate with AI-Ops on monitoring, governance, and compliance.
• Deliver production AI services for document intelligence and fraud detection.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Partner with security, risk, compliance, and data governance teams.
