Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5–10 years of computer science or software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java; Go and Typescript are a plus.
• Experience building products on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with infrastructure automation (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform), observability, CI/CD, and on‑call operations.
• Experience building REST APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC; event‑driven design.
• Generative AI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, vector search, model evaluation.
• Agentic AI frameworks/concepts (Langraph, Langchain, tool calling, multi‑agent workflows).
• Healthcare technology experience is a plus; strong SDLC and code quality discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate code services for Solventum‑HIS Fabric.
• Build scalable platform capabilities for AI inference and agentic workflows.
• Develop APIs, SDKs, and tools to enable safe AI integration.
• Engineer scalable, distributed cloud‑native systems (containers, microservices).
• Implement security, privacy, reliability, and compliance by design.
