Assort Health is building a patient-centric AI platform that remembers preferences and streamlines care journeys. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to guide large healthcare engagements, translate business goals into scalable AI workflows, and ensure smooth deployment across systems.

You will influence product direction, collaborate with Sales, and mentor a growing team while supporting customers from MidMarket to Health Systems. Remote-friendly, PST overlap expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of pre-sales experience leading large, cross-functional engagements.
• 1–3 years in healthcare or healthcare-technology roles.
• Strong sales acumen with executive presence on customer calls.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and overlap PST hours.
• Experience integrating healthcare tech (PMS, EHR, CRM) or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical advisor across MidMarket, Enterprise, and Health Systems.
• Lead demonstrations and discovery, translating concepts for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to advance opportunities from qualification to close.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing and Engineering.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and create scalable assets.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to inform evolution.
