Job summary

Solventum is seeking an AI Architect to lead scalable AI platform development for healthcare applications. You will architect, build, and integrate advanced AI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems, across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will mentor engineers, establish governance for model evaluation, and collaborate with biomedical and data teams to ensure compliant, reliable, and explainable AI in production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in AI/ML platform development on Cloud & on-Prem
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, transformer architectures and model routing
• Skilled with AI development tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Deep expertise in enterprise-grade RAG systems and vector databases
