Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science, math, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced software company.
• Proven track record of designing scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience applying ML/AI in production.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with agentic coding tools and coordinating multiple agents.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build systems for data scientists and developers to create, deploy, and operate agentic AI applications.
• Advance agent accuracy with evaluations, grounding, and feedback loops in production.
• Drive latency, throughput, scalability, and inference cost across the platform.
• Strengthen agent safety with permissions, guardrails, audits, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with data scientists to define new platform requirements.
• Lead development of longer-term platform capabilities with product owners.
• Mentor junior team members.
