Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Agentic) to design and deploy advanced agentic AI systems, including autonomous, semi-autonomous, and human-in-the-loop solutions.

You will join the Platform Development team and help embed AI into clinical workflows while ensuring reliability and security. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AI engineering experience with RAG and LLM-based systems, strong Python and React skills, and hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, DynamoDB).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI engineering experience with RAG/LLM systems.
• Proficiency in Python, React, and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB).
• Hands-on experience with vector search and production AI systems.
• Strong understanding of prompting and model behavior.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced agentic AI systems including autonomous, semi-autonomous, and human-in-the-loop solutions.
• Lead data engineering and modeling to enable scalable, real-time knowledge retrieval across enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain full-stack apps, integrating backend services with React-based frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into clinical workflows, ensuring reliability and security.
• Drive architecture decisions, enforce code quality, and improve system performance and security.
