Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join a leader in Information Technology. This role focuses on building secure, scalable AI capabilities that can be embedded into enterprise workflows and data-driven applications.

You will help shape reusable platform services that enable responsible adoption of generative AI across the organization, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to improve quality, performance, and cost efficiency of AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions, including orchestration and multi-step workflows.
• Knowledge of AI observability and monitoring, focusing on output quality and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts like authentication and data protection.
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise APIs and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Claude in an enterprise context, including governance and usage monitoring.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on building secure, scalable AI capabilities that can be embedded into enterprise workflows and data-driven applications. You will help shape reusable platform services that enable responsible adoption of generative AI across the organization. The position also partners closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve quality, performance, and cost efficiency of AI-powered solutions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $117,200 - $157,500 annually
