This remote role will help shape platform services powering production AI agents across the product ecosystem, focusing on reusable orchestration, workflow automation, and developer enablement to improve reliability and delivery speed.

Collaborating with product and platform teams, you will standardize patterns, strengthen release discipline, and deliver maintainable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of backend or platform engineering experience with distributed systems and infrastructure services.
• Proven track record building reliable production systems with emphasis on quality and maintainability.
• Familiarity with asynchronous execution, service coordination, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience in pod-based delivery ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in AI agents, LLMs, and workflow automation.
• Strong communication of technical decisions and production issues.

For our client, we are seeking a Agentic AI Developer IV to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will help shape the platform services that power production AI agents across the organization's product ecosystem. You will focus on building reusable orchestration, workflow automation, and developer enablement capabilities that improve reliability, operational readiness, and delivery speed. The work will be highly cross-functional, partnering closely with product and platform teams to standardize patterns and strengthen release discipline. This is a hands-on engineering role with an emphasis on maintainable systems, supportability, and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $159,100 - $270,900 annually
