Ladders is seeking an AI Engineer to join a leader in the Media space. This role will shape intelligent systems powered by data, building AI solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases across the organization.

Remote work option with a competitive annual salary of $120,000–$145,000. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, implement governance and responsible AI practices, and ensure scalable, monitorable AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Proven experience with machine learning models and AI applications.
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI platforms preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

This role will shape intelligent systems that improve how media content, workflows, and decisions are powered by data. You will design and deploy AI solutions that support predictive analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases across the organization. The position partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable AI capabilities. You will also help ensure models are monitored, governed, and aligned with responsible AI practices.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
