Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI Developer Experience to join a leader in Enterprise Technology. The role focuses on improving how engineers build with AI by strengthening infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that support automated engineering tasks. Location: Remote.

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually. You will help evaluate and refine AI-powered systems, create feedback loops, and enable teams to discover and adopt effective AI capabilities with clear documentation

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI Developer Experience to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on improving how engineers build with AI by strengthening the infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that support automated engineering tasks. You will help evaluate and refine AI-powered systems, create feedback loops that improve quality over time, and make it easier for technical teams to discover and adopt effective AI capabilities. In partnership with engineering peers, you will turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions that increase visibility, reliability, and adoption across the development experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
