Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• 1+ years designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years of AI platforms experience (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI).
• 10+ years programming in Python/Java.
• 10+ years of production deployment, CI/CD and IaC.
• 10+ years of client communication and leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems within days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the tech stack.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives and roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators.
• Lead architecture sessions and executive workshops with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings to guide the FDE practice.
