Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with client teams and deploy AI-enabled workflows at scale. You will own outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability, and adoption velocity, while shaping the enterprise AI platform landscape across the full stack.

The role demands deep cloud-native engineering experience, hands-on work with AI platforms, and strong client-facing collaboration to deliver measurable business impact in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models.
• Minimum of 10 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum of 10 years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Minimum of 10 years in client communication and collaboration, leading technical workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years of work experience; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability with commercial metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production-ready systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full technology stack: identity, data, security, governance, platform, multi-system workflows.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives: ROI backlogs and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators across client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to grow the FDE practice.
