Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to integrate AI platforms inside client enterprises, owning outcomes like adoption, reliability, and scalability. You will work on architecture, multi-stakeholder environments, and drive AI reinvention with measurable business value.

You will engage clients across industries, leading workshops and delivering production-grade AI solutions with emphasis on cloud-native architectures and end-to-end implementation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience
• minimum 1 year designing agentic solutions in production
• minimum 2 years with AI platforms
• minimum 10 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent
• minimum 10 years deploying to production (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring)
• minimum 10 years in client communication and workshops
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years of work experience; AI certs a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments
• Own program-level delivery outcomes with time-to-value and adoption velocity
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems in days/weeks
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the tech stack
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards
