Job summary

Accenture seeks Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, delivering production-ready AI platforms and scalable solutions. You will own outcomes, from architecture through adoption, across multi-stakeholder environments. The role emphasizes beating deployment gaps and delivering measurable business value at scale.

You will collaborate with CTOs and CIOs to design value architectures, roadmap AI adoption, and drive cross-functional execution in fast-moving settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• At least 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• 2+ years of experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python/Java with observability.
• 10+ years of production deployment experience (CI/CD, IaC).
• 10+ years of client communication and leading workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years work experience; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning the full program from architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to move production-ready systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across the full tech stack: identity, data, security, governance, platform layer.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives with value architecture and roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators scalable across engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client leadership.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to shape the FDE practice.
