Accenture Minnesota seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with enterprise clients, translating AI capabilities into real-world value and owning outcomes around time-to-value, adoption, reliability and scalability. Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year of designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI and open-source models.
• 10+ years programming in Python or Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 10+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• 10+ years of client communication and leading technical workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; AI certifications add value.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments—owning architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability across workstreams.
• Lead rapid experimentation to produce working production systems in days or weeks across enterprise environments.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, and integration layers.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client leadership: ROI backlogs, use-case prioritization, multi-year roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints, patterns, and accelerators across client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to elevate the FDE practice.
