Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed inside client enterprises, delivering production-ready AI platforms and scalable agentic workflows. You will own outcomes—time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability—across complex multi-stakeholder environments.

You will work with leading AI platforms and cloud-native architectures, shaping strategy for CTOs and CISOs while building repeatable blueprints and standards. Role travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 year of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models — including building abstraction layers to manage multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of work experience; AI certifications or agentic tool experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments — owning architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes with commercial metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems across enterprise environments.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full tech stack including security and governance.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client leadership with ROI backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and standards to scale the FDE practice.
