Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled platforms at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical strategy and roadmaps for AI-enabled products.
• Establish patterns for retrieval systems, LLM orchestration, and governance.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Mentor engineers and emerging leaders in design and code reviews.
• Partner with executives to translate business priorities into technical strategies.
