Job summary

Artifintech seeks an Associate Principal for AI Optimization & Delivery to lead architectural design for enterprise AI platforms. You will shape the sandbox-to-production path, craft reusable patterns for multi-agent systems, and align with governance, security, and data teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software or platform delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on LLM orchestration in production.
• Strong systems-thinking to evaluate architecture.
• Able to defend principled architectural decisions.
• Experience designing AI/ML platform infra and MLOps.
• Experience with LLM evaluation and prompt testing.
• Experience in regulated data environments (HIPAA/PHI).

Responsibilities

• Establish architectural standards for LLM-enabled workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Define hybrid patterns balancing LLM judgement with deterministic code.
• Design platform component layer, libraries, templates, and RAG pipelines.
• Define data models for enterprise agent registries and context management.
• Evaluate AI technologies and document rationale for decisions.
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI privacy boundaries in platform design.
• Define milestones for AI maturity and leverage emerging frameworks.
• Deliver governance through policy-as-code and automation.
• Collaborate with security, data, product to translate requirements.
• Maintain reference architectures and reusable platform components.
