Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an Associate Principal for AI Optimization & Delivery to serve as the technical design authority.

You will design blueprints for agentic components, set sandbox-to-production criteria, and lay the groundwork for a scalable internal AI platform across engineering teams. The role blends hands-on architecture with systems thinking, evaluating frameworks, guiding delivery pods, and translating regulatory/business needs into secure, scalable platform capabilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software/AI architecture experience.
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration and agentic systems in production.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into platform capabilities.
• Experience in regulated data environments (HIPAA/PII/PHI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural standards for LLM-enabled workflows and agentic systems.
• Architect platform layer with shared libraries and templates for reuse.
• Lead evaluations of AI technologies and document decisions.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to integrate AI stack enterprise-wide.
• Define data privacy and security boundaries for healthcare data.
• Own reference architectures and ensure governance and cost controls.
