Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an Associate Principal, AI Optimization & Delivery to architect scalable AI-enabled workflows and define the platform component layer. You will balance exploratory research with production-grade design, guiding pods and pilots toward secure, compliant deployments.

The role demands deep experience in enterprise AI platforms, multi-agent orchestration, and governance, with a focus on HIPAA/PHI/PII considerations and cost-aware, high-performance patterns.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, platform architecture, or AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM orchestration and agentic systems in production (multi-agent orchestration, context management, tool connectivity).
• Ability to evaluate emerging frameworks and translate requirements into secure, scalable platform capabilities.
• Experience designing AI/ML platform infrastructure including deployment pipelines, observability, and runtime monitoring.
• Experience working in regulated data environments with privacy and compliance controls.

Responsabilidades

• Establish architectural standards for LLM-enabled workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Define hybrid patterns balancing LLM judgment with deterministic code for compliance.
• Architect platform component layer including reusable templates and RAG pipelines.
• Define data models for enterprise agent registries and context-management strategies.
• Lead evaluations of AI technologies and document architectural rationale.
• Ensure HIPAA, PHI, and PII boundaries are respected in designs.
