You will design and guide delivery of AI agents, RAG solutions, and AI-powered workflows, partnering with data, infrastructure, security, application, and business teams.

This hands-on senior leader blends enterprise architecture with practical execution, shaping the platform as the AI function grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years shaping enterprise architecture and platform engineering at scale.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions and agent ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI platform architecture, standards, and guardrails aligned with technology strategy.
• Translate business needs into production-ready AI solutions including agents, RAG, and workflows.
• Design secure APIs, connectors, and event-driven integrations with proper permissions.
• Govern AI governance frameworks, policies, and operating standards with security in mind.
• Define monitoring, observability, incident response, and platform reliability standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers for future leadership.
• Collaborate with data, infra, security, app, and business teams for alignment.
