Informa TechTarget is seeking an experienced Principal AI Platform Architect to define and build the next generation of our AI platform and cloud‑native ecosystem. You will lead scalable, secure, and observable architectures enabling AI products and automation at scale.

The role requires deep cloud-native experience, APIs, and agentic AI capabilities, with collaboration across product leadership, engineering, and executives to set standards and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise software platforms with proven success at scale.
• Strong GCP expertise and AI platform experience building production systems that support product use cases.
• Experience with eval loops in production for monitoring and tuning AI systems is highly preferred.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and API-first design.
• Platform security and governance knowledge, including responsible AI practices.
• Python proficiency, plus Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud‑native tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable AI platform supporting LLMs, agentic workflows, and federated development across multiple teams.
• Establish architectural standards for AI governance, security, evaluation strategies, and operational excellence.
• Architect cloud‑native solutions on Google Cloud Platform supporting enterprise‑scale workloads.
• Define platform patterns for microservices, event‑driven architectures, and API‑first design.
• Build CICD pipelines that deploy automatically to the cloud while interfacing with legacy systems.
• Provide architecture guidance and governance across engineering teams through reviews and standards.
• Balance strategic platform vision with hands on implementation to earn respect from engineering teams.
• Enable teams to add new components, agents, and functionalities within the overarching platform.
