Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with extensive experience in building cloud‑native, agentic AI systems for enterprise environments. You will design, build, and run custom AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure, embedding with clients and leading technical workshops.

You will work on architecture, platform integration, and domain‑specific workflows, delivering robust, secure, and observable solutions while shaping Accenture's playbook for enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in end‑to‑end software engineering and SDLC
• Minimum 8 years' experience in cloud‑native systems and AI platforms
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, and agent observability
• Experience deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, debugging
• Ability to lead technical workshops and deliver under ambiguity
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)
• Experience with semantic models, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise‑ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI‑native systems
• Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals such as finance, healthcare, and retail
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code‑with sessions to shape data‑driven workflows
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence internal assets and client roadmaps
