Job summary

Experian seeks a Staff AI Architect to lead the architectural vision for a cloud-native platform and agentic AI capabilities. You will define scalable patterns, governance, and ADRs while mentoring engineers across teams.

The role emphasizes security, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, scalable AI-driven solutions. You will drive multi-account AWS topology, DevOps standards, and platform engineering practices, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS, Systems Eng, or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering and systems architecture; 3+ years as architect/principal engineer.
• 5+ years AWS architecture at scale: multi-account, landing zone, VPC, IAM, cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud-native architecture on AWS (compute, data, networking, security).
• Define agentic AI architecture patterns: multi-agent systems, tool orchestration, memory/retrieval strategies.
• Establish DevOps standards: CI/CD, GitOps, blue/green, canary, release engineering.
