You will drive multi-year roadmaps, build core platforms, and champion responsible AI practices while collaborating with executives, product, and design teams to align engineering with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years in cloud-native and AI-native systems.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale AI/LLM systems.
• 5+ years building with third-party AI/ML services and platform APIs.
• 3+ years on PaaS or SaaS platforms; deep ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Expert in Python, Java, and JavaScript; ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture and integration patterns for AI-native ServiceNow apps.
• Lead technical decisions on platform capabilities vs. custom development.
• Mentor engineers and lead architectural reviews.
• Drive security, observability, and production monitoring for AI features.
