Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an AI Operations Engineer to support, maintain, and scale the company’s AI infrastructure. You’ll work hands-on with LLM integrations, automation, monitoring, and production systems to enable teams to deploy reliable AI solutions at scale.

This role is based in our offices (Menlo Park, NY, Bellevue) with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week, offering a fast-paced, high-impact environment for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating complex production AI platforms.
• Familiarity with LLM integrations (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or similar).
• Scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI operations tooling and automation.
• Support enterprise AI platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues with LLM integrations, APIs, and model behavior.
