At least 5 years of professional experience in product, data, operations, customer experience, or consulting.
Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI agents in production, plus strong SQL and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Guide business teams in transforming knowledge into manuals, guidelines, and other AI-ready materials.
Configure and improve AI agents using n8n or similar automation environments, including prompts, tools, and SQL queries.
Monitor real-world conversations, identify failures, and convert findings into improvements and new test cases.
