Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a senior Computer or Software Engineer for the NVEX Solutions Engineering team to specialize in cutting-edge networking tech for AI clusters. You will support in-field issues, reproduce root causes, and collaborate with R&D to deliver fixes for InfiniBand, NVLink, and Spectrum-X environments.

The role requires strong C/Python on Linux, deep networking background, and direct customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of C or Python development on Linux.
• 8+ years in software development for NICs, ASICs, firmware, or SDN/networking systems.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce, resolve, and root-cause complex customer issues in NVIDIA network technologies.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop fixes, workarounds, and solutions for critical customers.
• Analyze network performance and advise on tuning for high-performance, lossless networks.
• Develop support and analysis tools for field issue diagnosis and root-cause.
• Occasionally work on weekends/holidays to support customers.
