Job summary

NVIDIA's Enterprise Experience Solutions Engineering team is seeking a senior Computer or Software Engineer to build and support advanced network technologies used in AI clusters.

You will work with R&D and customer support to reproduce, diagnose, and fix issues across Linux NIC drivers, switch ASICs, and NIC firmware, applying C and Python skills in production environments. This role combines deep technical work with direct customer impact.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years in C or Python on Linux.
• 8+ years in software development for NICs, switch ASICs, or embedded network devices.
• 3+ years direct end-customer or partner support.
• Strong system software and kernel/driver expertise.
• Professional communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn cutting-edge networking tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist network and AI cluster support teams to reproduce and root-cause issues.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop fixes and workarounds for critical customers.
• Become authority in NVIDIA network technologies (InfiniBand, NVLink, Spectrum-X).
• Analyze network performance and tune high-performance, lossless networks.
• Develop support and analysis tools for field issues.
• Daily use of AI tools for development, log analysis, and debugging.
• Occasional weekend/holiday support.
