EY seeks senior Forward Deployed Engineers for the Advanced Forward Engineering team. You will embed with strategic clients to design, build, and deliver AI-native systems that are auditable, secure, and production-ready in regulated environments such as tax, finance and risk.

Lead end-to-end engagements, own delivery outcomes, and write production-grade code while collaborating with platform, security, and governance partners.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering complex software systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying distributed systems, APIs, integrations, or data-intensive applications.
• Practical experience with modern AI application stacks (LLM-backed systems, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks).
• Proven track record owning delivery in real-world conditions.
• Production-grade code under compliance, performance and reliability constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Embed directly with client teams to frame problems and define delivery paths under regulatory constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes from shaping through deployment and sustainment.
• Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows and integrations using platform capabilities.
• Write and review production-quality code aligned with enterprise standards.
• Make real-time delivery tradeoffs balancing functionality, safety, cost and timeline.
