Job summary

Accenture seeks Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, delivering AI platforms that scale from pilot to production. You will own outcomes—time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability—across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including major AI providers and enterprise systems.

You will lead architecture discussions, drive rapid experiments, and publish scalable blueprints to advance the FDE practice, shaping engagement strategies with CTOs and CISOs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production.
• 2+ years with AI platforms—OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models—incl. multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Java, with observability tooling.
• 10+ years deploying to production—CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging.
• 10+ years in client communication and leading workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years work exp; AI certs or agentic tool exp a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture to adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems across enterprise environments.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, platform layer, and multi-system workflows.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client CTO, CFO, and CISO with ROI backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client leadership.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to grow the FDE practice.
