Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with enterprise clients, owning outcomes from architecture to adoption. You will shape AI platforms, drive time-to-value, and ensure reliability across multi-system environments.

This is a production-focused role with high-impact, enterprise-grade deployments. You will lead architecture design sessions, orchestrate cross-functional workshops, and codify engineering standards to scale the FDE practice while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent and familiarity with observability.
• 10+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability with metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems within days/weeks across enterprise environments.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, and workflow integration.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives: ROI backlogs and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators that scale across client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client engineering and leadership.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to grow the FDE practice.
