Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer with 3+ years building cloud-native solutions and deep expertise in agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will design, build, and run AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure, partnering with stakeholders to shape use cases and rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering and SDLC.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in software engineering and cloud-native development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Deploying to production with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic applications across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
