Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering expertise to design and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, define use cases, prototype rapidly, and ship robust workflows that scale across modern infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering experience.
• 8+ years in programming with Python/Java and AI tooling.
• Production deployment experience with CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience with cloud-native systems and AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• 2+ years designing Agentic AI solutions.
• 1+ year designing agentic solutions in production.
• Strong client communication; ability to lead technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents for retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability.
