Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with extensive experience in building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, define use cases, prototype, and deploy robust agentic workflows that integrate multiple AI providers and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include architecting agent systems, enabling seamless provider integration, and delivering scalable, secure solutions across industries with strong emphasis on collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• 8+ years in Python/Java, evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Production deployments and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm).
• Client communication and workshops, ability to deliver under ambiguity.
• 3+ years in cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 2+ years hands-on with Agentic AI solutions.
• 1.5 years in semantic models, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge.
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Define and use metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns, docs, and best practices to influence assets and roadmaps.
