Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years in software engineering to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases, prototyping, and delivering agentic workflows in complex environments.

Responsibilities span architecture, AI platform integration, cloud-native delivery, and knowledge sharing across verticals such as finance and healthcare. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of end-to-end software engineering experience with SDLC.
• 8+ years in cloud-native engineering and AI platforms.
• 3+ years designing agentic AI solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years' work exp if no degree).

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers.
• Utilize Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless and CI/CD for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic apps across verticals (finance, healthcare, retail).
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns, documenation and best practices.
