Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic workflows for enterprise clients. You will embed with customers, prototype rapidly, and scale AI agents across complex environments.

Requirements include 3+ years of cloud-native engineering, 1+ year in agentic solutions, and 5+ years in Python/Java with production deployment experience. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines (OpenAI/Claude/Vertex AI).
• 5+ years programming in Python or Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents covering retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD and IaC to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows for finance, healthcare, and retail domains across enterprises.
• Lead workshops and POCs to shape data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence client roadmaps.
