Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and deploy agentic, cloud-native AI solutions for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, prototype workflows, and scale AI-native systems across complex domains using Kubernetes, containers, and modern observability practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, run workshops, and deliver robust, secure production deployments while shaping the playbook for AI-native engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI).
• Minimum 5 years programming in Python or Java; familiarity with observability.
• Minimum 5 years deploying to production — CI/CD and IaC.
• Minimum 5 years client communication and leading workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and routing.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker, serverless) for scalable AI systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across industries like finance, healthcare, retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and plans to measure accuracy, latency, cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to guide client roadmaps.
