Qualifications

• 5+ years building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems.
• 3+ years engineering with cloud-native APIs and microservices.
• 2+ years AI platforms experience (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, etc.).
• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• 5+ years production deployments (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring).
• 5+ years client communication and workshops leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years work experience) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic applications across finance, healthcare, retail sectors.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
