Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex software in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying distributed systems, APIs, integrations, or data-intensive apps.
• Practical experience with modern AI stacks (LLM-backed systems, agentic workflows).
• Proven track record owning delivery in real-world conditions.
• Production-grade code under compliance, performance, reliability constraints.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to frame problems within regulatory constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery from shaping to deployment and sustainment.
• Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows and integrations using approved templates.
• Write production-quality code aligned with enterprise standards.
• Explain tradeoffs to stakeholders balancing functionality, safety, and cost.
• Ensure solutions meet security, AI integrity, and FinOps requirements.
• Capture learnings and feedback to improve platform evolution.
• Collaborate with platform and architecture teams to enable repeatable delivery.
