Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - MarTech to join our Marketing IT team. You will apply AI to transform Marketing and Sales, building LLM-based agents and ML solutions across Digital, Revenue, Partner, and Event Marketing.

You will also work on platform engineering and enable teams to adopt AI responsibly. You will train engineers and stakeholders, implement guardrails for privacy and compliance, and collaborate with Adobe, Salesforce, and Marketo for integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/DS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software or data engineering; 2+ years with production ML/LLM.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tools.
• Familiarity with marketing domain in Hi-Tech industry.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector/open search, ML entity resolution.
• Experience with evaluation, versioning, and production monitoring.
• Strong Python and SQL; plus TypeScript/Java/RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of CRM/marketing data models in Salesforce/Marketo.
• Experience with AWS or Azure; CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD); GitHub.
• Understanding of data governance and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to train/mentor teammates and balance project work.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with Marketing teams and tie outcomes to metrics.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based agents for events, prospecting, and partner workflows.
• Build ML/LLM pipelines for lead/contact data quality and scoring across systems.
• Modernize site search and partner locator using semantic retrieval and RAG.
• Improve partner ROI reporting and Adobe Analytics adoption.
• Define evaluation metrics, tests, and ensure privacy/audit logging.
• Evaluate AI tools and platforms; recommend directions.
• Train engineers and stakeholders on AI tools and best practices.
• Integrate AI solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo via APIs.
• Handle DevOps/monitoring and incident response for AI services.
• Collaborate with AEP/platform engineers on data access and releases.
