Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 6–10 years of experience in AI, data science, and/or ML
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams
• Strong Python and cloud AI/ML deployment experience

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering innovative data science and AI solutions for Power & Utilities
• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions across data sources and platforms
• Guide teams, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality client service
• Translate AI outputs into business insights for executives and regulators
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to move pilots to production
• Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and data management requirements
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics
