Job summary

EY is recruiting a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI workstreams from design to production, delivering scalable AI/ML solutions for clients across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, ensure responsible deployment, and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to drive impactful analytics outcomes.

You will apply MLOps practices, DevOps, and strong Python expertise to deliver robust, production-ready solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6–10 years of AI/Data Science/ML experience.
• 2–4 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Strong Python programming ability.
• Experience with cloud platforms and production AI/ML deployments.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Excellent communication and client-engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Drive innovative AI engineering solutions across data sources and environments.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams with accountability for quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
