Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI, data science, and machine learning initiatives for diverse clients. You will design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring responsible deployment and measurable results.

Strong Python skills and experience managing technical teams are essential. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary scientists and engineers, guiding technical development and maintaining high-performance models while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
Strong skills in Python.
Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Leading AI workstreams from design through deployment and optimization.
Continuously improving processes through research and analysis.
Managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
Engaging with clients and leading workstreams from planning to closure.
Identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.
